We collect your name, email address, phone number and a government-verified ID document. If you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the payment reference associated with that transaction is also stored to support withdrawal verification and account security.

Payment identifiers are stored so that withdrawals can be sent back to the same wallet or UPI handle you deposited from. This protects you from misdirected payouts and helps us confirm that the account holder and the payment account belong to the same person.

Yes. Log in, go to the Privacy section under Settings, and submit a data-access request. Alternatively, email our privacy team with your registered email address. We will send a structured copy of your stored data within three working days of receiving the request.

We retain account data for a period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after an account is closed. Once that mandatory window expires, your personal data is securely deleted from our systems and no longer accessible by any team member.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Payment processors such as UPI network partners receive only the transaction data required to authorise deposits and withdrawals, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Submit a deletion request through the Privacy portal in your account settings or by emailing our privacy team. Once your account is confirmed closed and the regulatory retention period has passed, all personal data linked to your account is permanently removed from our servers.
